In general, if we deem the reason for return to be our mistake, we'll pay.
All issues must be submitted to support within 30 days of the order date. This includes items being damaged, defective, or misprinted and shipping issues.
To start the return process, please contact support.
Returns by Customer: We advise working out customer issues with your customers directly before going through us. Unfortunately, we can't allow refunds or returns for buyer's remorse or size changes because everything is printed custom. Size changes are still available, just submit an order normally.
Wrong Address: If a courier deems the address of a customer undeliverable, the package should get returned to us. In this case, we will require payment for reshipment.
Lost in Transit: If your packing doesn't make any progress in an unreasonable amount of time, please contact the courier to attempt to resolve issues with them first. Please contact us after if no solution is made so that we may cleaer up shipment issues that the courier cannot. Refunds in this case are done by a case-by-case basis due to differing shipping services.
